My name's Scott Millar, and I'm the founder of IT Rockstars. Way back in time, I ran a breakfix IT business here in Aberdeen, Scotland.

I acquired a wealth of information about getting new business, but when it came to the MSP model, I could have done better - one of the biggest pain points I had was getting prospects to speak with me about their IT problems. I had no leads and no prospects.
